GetBitmapBits

GetBitmapBits功能将指定位图的位图位复制到缓冲区中。

Win32 API中没有实现GetBitmapBits功能。此函数用于与16位版本的Windows兼容。基于Win32的应用程序应使用GetDIBits功能。
